Mindset Matters; Improve Yours and Live a Life of WOW with Misty!

If I ask you whether you are happy or not; what would your answer be? What about if I asked you, do you feel like you deserve to be happy? I recently decided I needed a hiking partner so I adopted my dog, Zak, from Lubbock, TX; he is part of my happiness plan for life along with hiking, taking adventures, spending time with family, and coaching (which is my life purpose and brings me great joy!).
