Get strong with this 8 session program which is designed to be over the course of 4-8 weeks. Workouts can be done as much as once a week to 3 times per week depending on your time commitment. This program is designed for beginners or those returning to a strength routine after being inactive for a while. This program will include weights or resistance bands and body weight exercises. Each week we will progress in terms of repetitions, weights and intensities. At first we will start with body weight exercises such as squats, sit ups and even learn push ups. We will set new goals each week according to your goals and conditions. We will throw in some agility training for cardio endurance and muscle endurance. These will be total body workouts and designed to have a one day break in between and 1-3 x per week. This can last up to 4-10 weeks. Let’s get strong together and help me help you reach your goals!
