I will go over the sequence, duration and frequency of workouts based off of your condition and goals. These conditions are based off of scientific evidence. I can create a basic program for you here ! You can go over a brief health history of conditions and injuries. Together we will create an individualized workout program for you in order to reach your goal. Let’s say you are looking to lose weight but also train for a 5k. I will go over a weekly workout plan and then monthly in order to reach your goal in a specified timeframe. I will even go as far to recommend certain workouts and timing based off of your schedule to help make sure that your workouts and fitness is convienant so you stay consistent !
