The Anti-Diet Diet: Lose weight for GOOD with Lena

This session is to get an overview of why the fad diets are out there and why you have spiraled in and out of them, creating inconsistency in weight over the years. I educate you on the basics on Nutrition like macronutrients and portion control so you have the tools to lose weight AND KEEP it off. This knowledge and tips will help you END the cycle of weight fluctuations.
I will go over the importance of balancing meals and how to fill your plate or add nutrient dense foods in order to increase satiation and lead to decreased binge eating ( thus ending the surplus of calorie intake)
I will go over the categories of foods that fall under each macronutrient and how to build a meal based off of what you already ate or your activity.
Learning the basics of nutrition and how to eat on the fly and over periods of time will help you lose weight without having someone hold you hand or tapping into you weight watcher app all day everyday for years ! End the cycle.
