What to expect in a meeting: During my yoga practice I do a lot of stretching exercises and asanas which help build strength and balance . You will learn how to do correctly such poses like Tree Pose or Downward Dog Pose which is essential for health and fitness goals. We will learn such poses as “Cat-Cow Pose”and many others to solve the back issues. In the beginning of the practice I usually do breathing exercises to boost the energy and focus on the practice. In the end we normally meditate coming to a complete relaxation in corpse pose.
