Taking care of your skin isn't always about slathering good products on your face it's about what you put in your body. Skin is your largest organ and what we put in our body, how we handle stress, materials we sleep on can all impact the health of our skin.
Sugar, processed foods, stress, sleeping on dirty pillows, always touching our face can lead to acne. Yes there are products to help but it really does start from within our bodies. Our skin shows the state of our bodies by how we pay attention to our health.
I personally feel that along wiht finding a good skincaer regimen, sticking to healthy routine and nourishing our bodies can give us the glowing skin we dream of!
