Welcome to a Sane and Effective Path to Sustainable Weight Loss
Together we will look at your goals, any health challenges which could complicate your weight loss journey, and any blood testing which you may want to do to uncover any other obstacles.
At the end of the session, you will have a plan in place to discover and address any obstacles to sustained weight loss, and an evidence-based plan to reach a healthy weight.
We will seek to uncover and address common obstacles such as subclinical hypothyroidism, insulin resistance, food sensitivities, and chronic iron deficiency. We will take a look at any habits which may need to be changed, including exercise and eating habits.
