In this guided meditation, I will gently guide you to ground yourself and connect with the present moment. Often, we find our minds running in several directions and our bodies rushing to follow. The present moment is the only place we can find true peace, but it can be difficult to access without guidance and intention.
You will likely experience and witness your mind wander, which is normal and expected. This will be like any other muscle - what feels impossible at first will soon become a familiar and effective routine with continued practice.
Whether you are new to meditation or are years into the practice, this will be accessible to you. I encourage you to choose a time and physical space that allows you to step away from the chaos of the day and give yourself 30 minutes.
