We will also cover the 4 types of Intermittent Fasting and decide which one will best fit you (alternate day, 5:2, time-restricted, religious). This decision will be customized to your needs.
Finish the call by receiving customized macros: protein, carbs, & fats - calculated for your body (weight, age, activity level). And a customized Fasting schedule recommendation.
