I'm sure that you've heard about meditation. If not, let me tell you that it is one of the most effective ways to achieve personal growth. It also helps you gain self-confidence and learn how to deal with life's situations. Meditation is a powerful tool that can lead to several positive benefits. It is a technique that allows you to pay attention to whatever you focus your mind on. Practicing meditation teaches us to notice when the mind wanders and return to the breath. This practice of returning to the breath builds the muscles of attention and awareness.
Something unique with my sessions is that I use sound healing instruments as a meditation tool. Sound healing uses deep-vibrational instruments during meditation to balance dissonant frequencies in the body and bring them into harmony. When we are in a brain-heart coherence through sound meditation, our brain and body tune into their ideal frequency, promoting health and happiness. The tones and bowls can affect us in unique ways that will leave you feeling recharged, revitalized, and renewed.
One of the first techniques I teach in our session is breath control and breath awareness. When you learn how to return your attention to the breath, you can remain in the present moment.
