In women under the age of 35 if you have not become pregnant after 1 year you are considered to have infertility. If you are over the age of 35, and you have been trying for 6 months without conception you are considered to have infertility. I know this can be a very challenging time for many women and their partners who are experiencing this issue. Instead of calling it infertility let us call it "fertility challenged". This is a challenge many of my patients have overcome with the right plan for them.
