Fitness and moving your body looks different for everyone. In this session we will explore different types of movement, exercise, and how you can incorporate them into your daily life.
There are all different ways to move your body. Some people like yoga, pilates, stretching, dancing, light jogging walking, others like HIIT, strength training, long distance or long distance running. You can even mix it up and like to do a variety of movement.
The key to moving your body and seeing results physically and mentally is to be consistent. The only way to see progress from exercise is to make it part of your daily or weekly routine. I will help you do all of this in our sessions together.
It is a privilege to be able to move our bodies. Fitness isn't a chore and we need to do what works for us so we don't view it that way. You should be excited to move!
