In this session we will talk about how food effects your body and how to nourish yourself with more whole nutritious food. We will go over meal planning to help with time management, ingredients, what works for you instead of following one specific way of eating.
I do not like to restrict, I like to replace rather than remove with better quality ingredients and different choices that make you feel good. I want you to enjoy what you are eating and not feel that you are restricting yourself in anyway.
I teach you to eat mindfully, learn to read labels, and try to cook more of the food you love at home. Eating mindfully is a great way to not overeat and to stop cravings. It can help you to have a healthier relationship with food.
There is no reason to follow a certain "diet" and restrict the foods you love. Making better food choices or swapping ingredients can be fun and done without guilt.
