Mindfulness Meditations to Decrease Stress with Melissa

Do you find your mind racing during the day? Or when you are trying to sleep at night? Do you have a hard time slowing down? Then mindfulness practice may be just right for you!

We will discuss how mindfulness practice works, the benefits of practice, and how to develop your practice. I will introduce 2-3 mindfulness exercises and we will practice them together as a demonstration to aid you in your personal practice post-session.

During a session with me, I will learn about your needs, coach you around your challenges and goals, and teach you mindfulness techniques that will help you relax, destress, and build your mental stamina.
