Steph will chat with you to learn more about you, your goals, your injury history, your movement restrictions, and what functional activities you enjoy.
Then you'll got through a movement screen to assess your flexibility, strength, balance, stability, and functional abilities. Steph will watch you perform some simple movements from the comfort of your home. She will guide you through them step by step in order to determine what needs to be worked on.
After the talk and assessment, you'll be taught 5 of the best mobility exercises to improve your motion based on the test results. This way you have homework exercises to work on daily in order to move better.
She will also teach you how to modify your exercise routines and specific exercises so they're more comfortable for you. Learn how to train around injury instead of training through the pain. Be able to do the sports & physical activities you love and learn how to train despite injuries!
