Book this 30-minute exercise consultation call with Dr. Steph to map out a sustainable workout schedule and program for you, your physique goals, your lifestyle, your schedule, and the exercise you find enjoyable. You will not receive specific workouts, but instead an organized schedule and understanding of what needs to be done to achieve your goals.
We will begin by talking about your goals and current daily routine. Then we will discuss what frequency of workouts (# days per week) is realistic and sustainable for you. Then we'll cover workout length and intensity.
Finally, we will map out your Monday-Sunday weekly schedule filling in the gaps of which days you workout, for how long, and at what intensity. Plus, have a daily step goal on your rest days. And have more guidance on what exercise to plan for - whether it be a lifting session at your gym, signing up for fitness group classes, etc.
