My approach maximizes results in with a combination of HIIT, barre, yoga, body balance and weight exercises. Cut deep into your core, glutes, arm and back muscles and kickstart your metabolism with a powerful, yet relaxing, bodyweight flow.
My bodyweight training sessions can go hand-in-hand with building strength and flexibility. Completing bodyweight exercises through a full range of motion ensures your joints are moving freely. Plus, it can lead to improved posture and might reduce the chance of exercise-related injury.
For example, bodyweight exercises such as push-ups and lunges have been shown to be extremely effective for strength gains and performance improvements.
I include yoga exercises in my class because it is the fave no-equipment workout for many, which is another great way to improve flexibility while also significantly improving strength and overall health.
Barre exercises, I include in my class, help strengthen and tone muscles without increasing bulk, and it improves your posture. It also increases cardiovascular endurance and metabolism, which helps to quickly burn calories. And they are such a fun as most of my clients say !
The equipment you need for the workouts is
a yoga mat, dumbbells, a resistance bend, a foam roll, a couple of yoga blocks and a jump rope.
