This 60-minute session introduces formal and informal mindfulness meditation techniques that can be used at the office or at home when working remotely.
Rather than asking you to change the way you adapt to everyday stresses, we will harness them to develop mindfulness, reduce stress, and generate more productivity. We begin by creating a list of your everyday workflow to become aware of the work we often take for granted. Then we reframe it from tasks to opportunities.
