Hello! I'm glad you found me :) I have struggled with my weight my whole life, but especially during the pandemic. I was 200 pounds, unhappy with my job and felt like I had no control. I turned to food to self soothe. Only last year I realized I needed to examine my life to see how I could begin to improve my health. I had left teaching, moved to India to be with my partner, changed my whole diet and began doing the things I loved to do and taking care of myself again and found my joy. In 10 months, I had lost 40 pounds! Together we can rediscover your zest for life and accomplish your health goals! I look forward to working with you :)
