
I am a mother of four based in New York City. I have a masters in clinical nutrition from NYU and am a qualified Registered Dietitian. I am a certified Well nourished life coach, qualified in MB-EAT. MB-EAT uses mindfulness based techniques to help you improve your relationship with food, escape diet culture and truly enjoy eating again. I am also a certified Flow Breathwork facilitator. Flow Breathwork was created by Shanila Sattar. It's a powerful blend of ancient Breathwork and Somatic healing that incorporates the elements, energy science, and spiritual aspects.
I set up Satiated Life during the pandemic with mission to help as many people as possible. I wanted it to be simple, doable and effective.
