I am a health and wellbeing coach from London, England, who is passionate about helping people live the best and healthiest life they can.

The sessions I offer touch on NLP, yoga, hypnotherapy, meditation and life coaching, and are applicable to a range of life situations.

In 2015, I wrote a book called The Heartbreak Cure. I subsequently wrote a book about sleep, called Reboot, and a book about nutrition, called The Vibrant Body.

What you will learn in my sessions are highly useful, practical tools to help you heal and grow. Tools that have taken me years to master. I'm here to lend an ear, a shoulder and an open heart.
