My wellness journey began with a love for dance, where I discovered the profound connection between movement and emotional balance. This led me to pursue a Master's in Movement Therapy, deepening my understanding of the mind-body relationship. Over two decades, I home-schooled my four children while supporting my husband’s military career, all while navigating my own battles with debilitating migraines and weight management. These experiences fueled my curiosity in holistic health, ultimately inspiring my transformation and guiding me to become a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Certified Personal Trainer.
