Welcome! My name is Grace, and I am a board certified Health and Wellness Coach and certified Yoga Instructor. I coach clients through making sustainable behavioral and lifestyle changes that encompass all aspects of their health. I work with people on a bio-individual level to develop personalized action plans that address overcoming barriers associated with specific lifestyle pillars, such as nutrition, movement, sleep, and social, emotional, and spiritual health.
I focus on utilizing nutritional and mindfulness tools to empower clients in healing from the inside out and achieving their desired, long-term health goals. Drawing from my personal experience with and expertise in holistic nutrition, chronic illness management, detoxification, gut and hormone health, movement and mindfulness, and stress and anxiety management, I offer a variety of 1:1 wellness sessions tailored toward your individual wellness goals and needs.
