Gila Daman

I provide nutrition counseling and lifestyle coaching to help you live your best life. We will set nutrition and wellness goals based on your individual preferences, needs, and challenges. Areas of focus include mindful eating, self-care, and work-life balance. My training is as a registered dietitian nutritionist, and I am also a certified yoga instructor and certified Pilates instructor. I have additional trainings in a variety of wellness coaching modalities as well.
