I have a Master of Divinity degree focusing on mental health and meditation from Harvard University, an MA degree in Buddhist Studies at Nalanda University (India), and a specialization in Buddhist Philosophy at the University of Kathmandu (Nepal). My work is based on a strong ethical system guided by values such as compassion, honesty, and simplicity, while my main interest is to share my knowledge in a clear and accessible way. With an accessible vocabulary, I seek to access both spiritual and secular audiences. From meditation, reiki, tarot, and astrology, I offer therapeutic support in your process of finding inner peace, self-love, and a balanced life.
