Emily Bown

Bio
Emily’s passions for mental health and nutrition have led her to specialize in eating disorders/ disordered eating (orthorexia, obsessive eating, etc.), anxiety/depression around food, intuitive eating (whatever that means to you), and body kindness/positivity. Emily loves connecting with people at a deeper level and making food fun again. She believes that food makes life more exciting and memorable and shouldn’t control your life; Emily is here to show you just that.

Emily's Share: “I am a coffeeholic! I have been to over 30 mom-and-pop/ local coffee shops in SoCal. I love finding hidden gems that either make their own syrups/ nut milk, roast their own beans, support a cause, women-owned/run, family-owned/run, and/or are quaint and cute. Getting out and exploring new coffee shops is like my little self-care/happy time - I'm always down for a coffee date!”
