Hi there, I'm Cat. I'm a certified holistic health coach, yoga instructor, meditation teacher, and wellness consultant. I'm here to support you on your healing journey, guide you in creating a sustainable & transformative mindfulness practice, and ultimately, empower you to feel good naked - not just with your clothes off, but with your masks off.
I've worked with clients to transform their health by encouraging open, honest, and compassionate communication, eliminating judgement, and, instead, fostering a sense of genuine curiosity. In working with my clients, I utilize yoga (a physical asana practice), guided meditation, mindfulness practices including guided breath work, journaling, and employ active, compassionate listening techniques to create a safe space that prioritizes self inquiry and catalyzes transformation.
Whether it be through yoga, meditation 101, or one of the several other mindfulness sessions I offer, I am so excited to walk with you hand in hand on this journey through healing.
