A GLIMPSE INTO MY WORLD

On a personal level, I am endlessly obsessed with our connectedness to each other and the earth. I see molecules in everything around us. It all started with a fascination in chemistry class that was sparked by a teacher, you rock Mr. Dubas. Years of pursuit in diverse fields ultimately led me back to the science of nutrition. As a curious lifelong learner, I went back to school to understand how food affects us at a molecular level. I now combine my knowledge of vital nutrition and balanced wellness to help you lead a vibrant life.

I love the wild and chaotic energy of our home, earth. But over everything else, I am drawn to the real, the pure and all which emerges from the roots. Diversity and complexity brings forth the natural ebbs and flow of everything here on our planet. Life arises, sustains and thrives at the edge of chaos. In this chaos, natural selection produces order in a synergistic system that yields optimal and balanced diversity, increasing the resilience of the system. Our earth and all that exists on it is a self-regulatory feedback loop, as is our body. I am passionately fascinated by this.

When not immersed in my nutritional practice, I enjoy hiking in forests/mountains, cooking from scratch with family and friends, experimenting with my DSLR, and traversing new horizons through travel.
