Aysel Rahimli

I am a rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise trainer with over 8 years of experience, specializing in movement-based support for spinal and musculoskeletal conditions, including disc protrusions and herniation, scoliosis, kyphosis, posture disorders, and flat feet.

I work through personalized, guided movement sessions grounded in biomechanics, therapeutic exercise, and mindful body awareness. My focus is on helping adults move safely, reduce pain, improve mobility, and build confidence in their bodies through structured and supportive exercise.

My approach combines formal academic education in sports science with an athletic background, allowing me to work effectively with both everyday pain and physically active individuals who want to continue training safely.

Many clients notice positive changes even after a single session, such as improved ease of movement, reduced tension, and greater body awareness.

As an athlete, I personally experienced chronic back pain and successfully recovered without giving up sports by applying the same movement principles I now use in my work. This experience allows me to understand my clients’ challenges deeply and support them with empathy and clarity.

I am known for my calm, positive, and supportive presence. My sessions focus not only on physical improvement, but also on restoring a sense of safety, balance, and trust in movement.
