MISSION

My mission is to help you immediately improve body awareness and movement efficiency. This is a key factor that will enhance your movement functionality in daily life or increase your performance if you are an athlete. In either case, I will guide you step by step on a highly specific path that will help you feel better right away and revolutionize your approach to movement and training. And if you have no prior “training” experience, don't worry—we'll build it together!

WHY

You should know that regardless of your specific level and goal, gaining body awareness and control of movement right away will help you to:
* Minimize the likelihood of injury (Injury Prevention).
* Experience the movements of daily life without pain or tension (Movement Functionality).
* Perform any movement, exercise, or sports activity more effectively (Functional Performance).

Therefore, improving control and awareness of the body in motion increases the likelihood of success in specific personal goals, both aesthetic (body recomposition) and performance-related (specific activities or sports).

In more than 20 years of experience as a personal trainer, I have observed that...

...about 95 percent of the people who came to me were performing movements or exercises without truly understanding their weaknesses. Some were engaging in sports activities without having adequate preparation in the necessary prerequisites. Others believed they knew the correct execution of exercises, which later proved to be incomplete, unsuitable, or nonspecific.
The remaining 5 percent of people who came to me with advanced body awareness were either established coaches/teachers in the field or, in some cases, professional athletes seeking specific refinement in athletic performance. Among the former were many yoga and martial arts teachers, as well as personal fitness trainers.

HOW & WHERE TO START

The first important step is to schedule a free 15-20 minute interview, during which I can understand your needs and offer you the best solution. Once we have established the path we will take together, you will receive a more detailed questionnaire about your history, along with important information you need to know before we begin.

If you choose the 1-on-1 session package, the following three steps will be explored in depth:

  1. Postural Assessment & Movement Analysis
  2. Functional Movement Education
  3. Performance Optimization

MY STORY

In 2003, I decided to turn my passion into a true profession. I didn’t have a clear plan, but I knew my goal would go deeper than just improving aesthetics: I wanted to help people feel better about themselves, inside and out. I understood that real change had to come from within, and that’s where my journey began.

The roots of this passion stretch back to my childhood when, at 6 years old, I started practicing karate. Under the guidance of a master, this discipline shaped my life, fostering a balance between body, mind, and soul. By 15, I felt the need to explore new paths. Fascinated by the idea of reshaping the body, I turned to bodybuilding, fitness, and delved into the science of nutrition. By 20, I had achieved my aesthetic goals, but inside, there was an imbalance I couldn’t ignore. This led me to reassess my approach to both training and life, seeking a new balance that truly made me feel good.

This personal transformation laid the foundation for my professional mission. Between 2003 and 2004, I began my journey as a Personal Trainer, aiming to guide people towards their personal well-being.

In 2009, at 26, I returned to competitive karate, but with a new perspective: exploring every aspect of athletic preparation and performance. It was during this time that my career took a new direction, leading me to become a Strength & Conditioning Coach and to be recognized as the first specialist in physical preparation for karate.

Today, after more than 20 years, my vision of "Personal Training" continues to evolve. In a constantly changing world, I remain rooted in the balance between body, mind, and soul, principles I learned through karate. These values have become the core of my training method, MindFit Warrior®, which I successfully apply in every sporting and functional fitness context.

My expertise is built on a solid foundation: Nutrition Science, Degree in Sports Science, Master’s Degree in Sport Rehab & Performance, and numerous certifications earned over more than ten years of travel in the United States, where I had the opportunity to learn from the world’s best coaches. But these are just the tip of the iceberg. Beneath lies a life rich in experiences, successes, challenges, and valuable lessons. Today, with the support of my wife and children, I strive every day to be a better professional and a guide for many coaches and athletes, both in Italy and abroad.

This is my story, a story of passion, growth, and the ongoing pursuit of well-being, for myself and those who place their trust in me.
