My Story
Hi, I’m Amanda. A holistic health coach with a big heart and adventurous soul, and someone who knows what it’s like to sense that life could feel better… but not know how to get there.
For a long time, I knew I was blessed. I could see it, but I couldn’t feel it. I felt stuck in my body: tired all the time, always getting sick, dealing with constant headaches, low energy, and an underlying sense of dread I couldn’t shake. I didn’t feel in tune with myself or the world around me. Something was off, and deep down, I knew it.
I decided it was time to strengthen my immune system and focus not just on my physical health, but also my mental well-being. I wanted to enjoy my life more fully, with clarity, energy, and balance. As a woman who had been on hormonal birth control for years, I made the scary decision to go off the pill. It was a leap into the unknown, and it wasn’t easy, especially while navigating recurring sickness, hormonal shifts, and the emotional ups and downs that came with it. But slowly, through patience, learning, and showing up for myself day after day, the fog started to lift. My symptoms began to fade, and for the first time in a long time, I felt connected to my life and my body again.
This journey sparked something in me. I realized that wellness isn’t about perfection; it’s about learning to listen to your body, honor its needs, and build a life that feels aligned and joyful. I also realized how deeply I needed someone to walk with me, to hold space, to encourage me; not just prescribe something and send me on my way.
Doctors absolutely have their place (and I’m so grateful for them), but I found myself searching for something deeper. Something that looked at the whole picture; at root causes, not just symptoms. I needed care grounded in presence, connection, and lasting lifestyle change. So, I became that person for myself. And now, I feel called to be that person for others too.
For a long time, I thought being sensitive was a flaw; that I felt too much, and cared too deeply. But through this healing journey, I’ve come to realize that my sensitivity is actually a strength. It allows me to connect with myself and others in a truly meaningful way. It’s become one of my greatest tools in supporting not only my own growth, but also the people I hope to help.
I’m still on this path, because healing isn’t a destination, it’s a way of living. But I’ve found so much peace in learning to honor my body, mind, and heart. And I believe we all deserve to feel that way.
If you’re here, maybe you’ve felt like life could feel a little better, too. I want you to know it can, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
