The core is more than just the "abs." And it can be trained by doing more than crunches. In fact, there is a whole series of movements that are representative of the core being activated.
In this session, I'll teach you more than the obvious when it comes to training the core. We'll go over such things as 3-dimensional movements, cross-body patterns, off-the-ground training and ways to get more core activation through other workouts.
