Dr. Lydia Zajackowski was born and raised in the PNW. She went on to pursue her B.S. of Kinesiology at Westmont College in beautiful Santa Barbara, CA. Her education continued in the Bay Area for her Doctorate of Chiropractic. During her time there she participated in the Nike Half Marathon in San Francisco, and completed her first Olympic Weightlifting competition in Oakland, CA. She has also earned additional certifications including: Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (CFMP), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Webster Certification, USAW, Precision Nutrition (PN1), Mercier Therapy and Rocktape. She is a candidate for a diplomate of nutrition and functional medicine.
She currently resides in Dallas, TX.
Her specialities include preconception planning, gut health, hormones, mold, parasites, environmental toxins and heavy metals.
