My name is Heike (Hi'ka) and I am the owner of Yoga with Oma. I am a Yoga Alliance registered, insured, CPR certified 200-hr. Yoga instructor. In 2023 I taught over 100 yoga classes and workshops in Yoga studios, community centers, gyms, in person and virtually. I teach private clients, groups, and provide corporate wellness sessions. I believe Yoga is for everyone and I am looking forward to sharing my passion for Yoga with you.
