Hi! I'm Coach Tee! I am a life and well-being coach, a former family substance abuse counselor (15 years worth), a lifelong learner, a dog mum, a wife, a music lover, an outdoor enthusiast, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and a Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. I am also a mentor for women in leadership positions. With over 20 years of expertise, I have successfully supported individuals from various backgrounds by understanding and addressing their distinct health and wellness needs.

I found myself in the middle of my life struggling with tiredness, feeling lost, and unsure how to handle the emotional and physical changes. I KNEW there was more out there waiting for me. However, my restlessness and stickler inner saboteurs had taken over me. I felt like life was passing me by.
I kept avoiding the uncomfortable feelings of stress, anxiety, weight gain, fatigue, anger, and feeling undervalued.
I would often use the metaphor of a porcupine to describe myself, warning people not to touch me.
It didn’t feel like a “mid-life breakdown”, but I can tell you that I DID NOT FEEL like myself.
I was in a FUNK, not sleeping well, gaining weight, moody, and irritable. You name it. and I was NOT going to accept this.
Then one day! My life changed. I had a routine colonoscopy, and a few days later, I was not feeling that great. I had abdominal pain and was very uncomfortable and before you knew it, I was in the E.R. ready for appendectomy. Soon I found out I needed another surgery to address my endometriosis, and months later, I had a medical hysterectomy.
It’s so funny, how we IGNORE the signs and symptoms of our health and well-being.
Why is it that?
But as the story often goes. IT WAS THE BEST THING THAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED TO ME.
So… I worked with a health & wellness coach and they blew my mind.
Through skill stacking and my self-discovery, I needed to get back to my roots and my passion for helping others. (hence my 2nd career)
And became a national board-certified health and wellness coach and mental fitness (positive intelligence) facilitator.
I have helped many people like yourself gain the perspective they need to propel their lives forward and get the aliveness back into their lives.
