Hi! I'm Rosa:)

I am an Ayurvedic Practitioner under the lineage of Vasant Lad, specializing in Ayurvedic therapeutics. I love working with people of all ages and backgrounds to share the wisdom of Ayurveda and empower people to use simple time honored techniques to quickly bring their health back into a state of balance and harmony.

I am also an advanced student of Vedic Astrology (Jyotish) in the lineage of Hart de Fouw and enjoy interpreting the unique patterns of light that each individual is endowed with in a way that is easy to understand and is also empowering.

I have been a student of yoga and meditation for 13 years and have had the honor of attending a four month intensive study of yoga and Vedanta with my primary teacher in India. I strive to share the timeless wisdom of Vedic sciences, gifted to me by my teachers, in service to the Divinity that shines within everyone.
