Karina Schneidman, MBA, MS, BCBHC

I specialize in working with kids, teens, and couples impacted by ADHD and neurodivergence. I truly understand how overwhelming daily life, relationships, school, and parenting can feel when attention, emotions, and communication don’t always cooperate the way you want them to. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and never judged because ADHD isn’t a flaw, it’s a different way of being wired.

My background uniquely blends an MBA with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling, allowing me to support both the emotional and practical sides of life. I help families and couples make sense of patterns, reduce conflict, and build systems that actually work for ADHD brains at home, at school, and in relationships. This combination lets me translate insight into action, not just awareness.

With couples, we focus on communication, emotional regulation, and rebuilding connection when ADHD-related stress has created distance or misunderstandings. With kids and teens, I help them build confidence, skills, and structure while supporting parents in understanding what their child truly needs not what “should” work, but what does work for them.

My approach is compassionate, clear, and collaborative. I help clients move out of overwhelm and self-blame and into practical strategies, emotional resilience, and healthier relationships. Together, we focus on strengths, not deficits, and create realistic tools that honor how your brain and your family uniquely functions.
