​For most of my adult life I struggled with my weight and my relationship with food. I would constantly berate myself because I wasn’t happy with how I looked and how I felt.

I just wanted to feel confident and good in my body. So I tried diet after diet - I was constantly looking for the next “food plan” or “healthy lifestyle” to make me feel better about myself.

From Weight Watchers meetings, Jenny Craig and even Fen-Phen when I was just a teenager and even the last few years doing intermittent fasting.

None of them were sustainable.
I felt defeated and like a failure.

Now, I’m thriving feeling confident with my body and around food. l have learned so much as a former dieter that I can guide my clients in creating sustainable diet & lifestyle habits, and fostering a healthy mindset for true transformation inside and out.
