I help busy Professionals, Individuals or Families, with healthy lifestyle coaching and/or meal plans. I am certified in Dr. of Naturopathy, Integrative Nutrition, Holistic Health Coach, Certified Health Specialist, Certified Natural Health Professional, and have over 20 yrs medical and health experience. I have personal experience with my daughter, first hand in rehabilitation after a Severe traumatic brain injury. I have worked with Clients who have symptoms of Autism, Autoimmune disorders, Weight loss/gain, Stress and Anxiety, Multiple Chemical Disorder, and Seizures. Additionally, I have been trained in over 200 dietary modalities and my philosophy is Holistic and Naturopathy.
Additionally, I have experience as a personal chef and alternative meal planning. My focus is working with the Individual, Family or Professional to work towards Homeostasis and Preventative medicine , Natural Health care. I would love to help teach you and your family to live a healthier lifestyle.
