As a nutritionist, I help people learn how to fuel their bodies from a non-diet and weight-inclusive approach. This means that I will look at different aspects of your health and diet while rarely, if ever, giving any attention to that number on the scale. I have a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Management and a master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. I have 3 years of experience working in the eating disorder field and have worked with all ages and all different backgrounds.

I specialize in helping women better their relationship with food and teaching them how to properly fuel instead of listening to the latest diet trends.
