I am an advocate for holistic health, bringing value through my background in fitness and wellness coaching, nutrition, and client relationships. My experience in health and wellness began as a dancer with the Orlando Ballet School, as I realized the importance of nutrient dense nutrition for athletic endurance. Over the years, my passion for movement and embodying vitality through mind-body connection has led me to expand my impact through teaching group fitness, freelance coaching, and hosting immersive wellness retreats. I love it when I can pull the greatest part of someone forward, through listening, connecting, and asking high-mileage questions that elicit personal desire for change. My innate passion in combination with my ability to facilitate personal transformations, is unmatched.

I am a Graduate from University of North Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science, in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Graduate ofInstitute for Integrative Nutrition’s Class of 2023. Having taught fitness for five years, hosted my own wellness retreat, and completed hours of coaching practice from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s Coaching Curriculum, I have no doubt that my skillsets will continue to change lives for the better. My experience in fitness instruction, facilitating health-history sessions, and empathetic approach to behavior change, grants me the ability to assess and meet the needs of my clients. My understanding of health is holistic, encompassing the entire individual. I know that no single plan works for everyone and each person must be considered according to their own bio-individual needs. I believe in fostering a safe space for connection and empathy to support my clients' practice of daily wellbeing.
