Hey there, I’m Lizzie Lunior! I have over ten years of experience doing counseling and meditation work. I got my Masters degree in the mental health counseling concentration in Counselor Education. My specialities include trauma informed creative intervention and guided imagery meditation. I also trained with artists Alex and Allyson Grey back in 2015 as part of a visionary art intensive.
