Personal Trainer

Hi, I'm Megan and it's great to meet! I'm a personal trainer, runner, dog mom and traveler. Fitness has always been a large part of my life, starting as a young kid, and continuing through college and beyond. I ran cross country and track in both high school and college. Running has been my "me-time", personal release and mental reset. I was primary a runner through college until I was introduced to a HIIT training and strength training. I invested my time into strength training and grew to love it. Today, I'd prefer to lift weights instead of going for a run some days. I became a group fitness trainer in 2019 at Burn Boot Camp and still train there today part-time. I also worked as an individual personal trainer for a year and a half at a country club where I was able to hone in on training for specific goals include sport, rehabilitation and overall wellness. I have witnessed the power of transformation through consistency and modernized training programs. Fitness and taking care of your body is the cornerstone of not only physical health but mental health. It is my goal to extend my reach to help more people reach their goals, have more energy, and become the best version of themselves. I offer fitness courses tailored to strength, rehabilitation, and HIIT that can be personalized to your needs and level. I love meeting people where they're at, training together, and getting better together!
