Hi! I'm Lori Peters and I'm an author, grief therapist, teacher and group facilitator. I love using my passion for writing, mental health and teaching to help others learn more about themselves, improve their lives and achieve their goals. My first book "31 Meditations for Trauma Survivors" is currently available at most major bookstores. My second book "Writing Through Your Grief" will be released in 2024. I have a B.A. in journalism from Penn State University and I worked several years as a broadcast and print reporter and editor. I also have a M.S. in counseling from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and my therapy background significantly informs my writing practice.
