Are you and your partner feeling disconnected, stuck in recurring conflict, or longing to rekindle the intimacy and passion you once shared? Couples intimacy coaching with Natalie and Glen offers a rare and powerful combination of somatic therapy, life coaching, and lived experience — delivered by a married couple who have done their own deep work together and come out the other side more connected than ever.
We understand that relationships are complex. The patterns that keep couples stuck — conflict cycles, emotional distance, communication breakdowns, and fading intimacy — are often rooted in childhood wounds and subconscious beliefs that neither partner is fully aware of. Our trauma-informed approach gets to the root of these patterns gently and effectively, helping both partners feel seen, heard, and understood in a safe, non-judgmental space.
What Makes Our Approach Unique
Natalie Vartanian is a certified life and intimacy coach with 20 years of experience and over 4,000 coaching hours, holding a CPCC and PCC designation through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and the International Coach Federation (ICF). She also holds a BS in Business Administration from USC and has completed Somatic Trauma Therapy Training for Professionals and Transformational Leadership Development through COR Experience. Her specialty is helping individuals and couples break subconscious patterns, own their desires, and create deeply fulfilling lives and relationships.
Glen Nielsen is a certified Hakomi practitioner and Somatic Experiencing therapist with 25+ years of experience in healing and transformation. His gentle, body-centered approach helps clients access and release what talk therapy alone often cannot reach — trauma stored in the nervous system, emotional armoring, and deep relational wounds. Ultimately, he helps people come back home to themselves.
Together, Natalie and Glen offer something truly distinctive in the world of couples coaching: two complementary healing modalities, two different perspectives, and the unique credibility of a married couple who actively practice what they teach. We don't just coach couples — we are a couple, doing the ongoing work of conscious partnership ourselves.
