What Is Health and Wellness Coaching?
Health and wellness coaching is a collaborative partnership focused on empowering clients to achieve their personal wellness goals. My role as a health and wellness coach is to act as a facilitator and accountability partner, guiding you through the process of setting and achieving actionable goals. Unlike directors, health and wellness coaches do not diagnose, prescribe, or provide specific medical or psychological treatments. Instead, we support clients by offering evidence-based information and helping them integrate medical or psychological treatment plans into their lives.
Focus of the Sessions: Establishing Good Habits
Our coaching sessions will be video sessions primarily focused on helping you build healthy habits and break the patterns that hold you back. Whether you want to improve your sleep, move your body more consistently, manage stress, eat better, reduce screen time, or simply follow through on the goals you set for yourself, small daily habits are the foundation of lasting wellbeing.
A typical coaching package includes 3 to 5 sessions, each tailored to address specific habit-building goals. Together, we will explore the science of habit formation — cues, routines, and rewards — and design realistic systems that fit your life. We will identify the obstacles that have derailed you in the past, build in accountability, and create routines that feel sustainable rather than overwhelming. You will leave with practical strategies to stay consistent, recover from setbacks without guilt, and steadily move toward the healthier, more intentional life you envision.
