Most people come to me with a list of symptoms: digestive issues, food reactions, low energy, anxiety, brain fog. Often after seeing multiple specialists with no clear answer.
My approach is based on orthomolecular medicine: most symptoms, physical and psychological, come from the same source – disrupted biochemistry.
Neurotransmitters like serotonin, dopamine and GABA are synthesized from amino acids that come from food. What you eat directly affects how you feel, think and function. Not metaphorically. Biochemically.
These processes form a connected system: brain function, gut function, nutrient absorption, and biochemistry.
When regulation is disrupted at any level, the effects tend to show up across both physical and psychological symptoms simultaneously.
So instead of treating each symptom separately, I look at how they are connected and work on restoring balance across the system as a whole.
What we work on
Identifying the key imbalance: what's missing, what's interfering, what the body needs to restore itself. Adjusting nutrition to support neurotransmitter synthesis. Reducing dietary and environmental toxic load. Supporting gut function as the foundation. Adding nutraceuticals only when the foundation is in place and the mechanism is clear.
My baseline principle
The body knows how to restore itself. It doesn't need to be fixed from the outside. It needs the interference removed. We start by taking away what doesn't belong, then restore absorption, then address specific deficiencies if needed. In that order.
I don't diagnose or prescribe. I work within the scope of nutritional consulting and integrative wellness. All sessions are online. I work with English and Russian-speaking clients.
