Areas we may explore include navigating and advocating within the healthcare system; understanding what you are and are not responsible for in your healing; chronic illness, menopause, and neurodivergence support; stress and burnout recovery; nutrition, sleep, movement, and weight changes; and developing clearer communication and boundaries.
