My journey began in 2010 when I embarked on the path of yoga under the tutelage of an authentic Iyengar Yoga guru. Through asana, pranayama, and mantra practices, I found solace and strength. Additionally, I am trained in Holy Fire Reiki and hold a tantra practitioner certification from Sacred Ceremonies, LLC. Yoga has been lifesaving in helping me overcome emotional and physical trauma, while tantra has enabled me to manifest the reality I desire.
What sets my services apart is the emphasis on empowerment. Unlike other practitioners who may encourage dependency on continuous sessions, I am dedicated to teaching you how to heal yourself.
