The Health History Intake Session is the first exciting step in your coaching journey with me. This 90-minute session gives us the chance to dive deep into your unique health story, lifestyle, and goals so we can create a clear, personalized roadmap for your wellness journey.
During our time together, we’ll review your intake form in detail and explore areas such as your nutrition, energy, stress, sleep, daily routines, and any challenges you’ve faced in reaching your health goals. This is a compassionate, supportive space where you can share openly about what’s working, what’s not, and what you’d love to see change.
By the end of the session, you’ll walk away feeling heard, supported, and empowered with more clarity around your current habits, a deeper understanding of what may be holding you back, and an encouraging direction for our ongoing work together.
